Créponné is a traditional Algerian lemon sorbet that originates from Oran, Algeria.[2] [3]

This Algerian speciality is white colored.[4]

Preparation

The main ingredients are lemon and eggs. Starting by mixing lemon zest and juice with boiling sugar syrup, leaving it to rest in the freezer for some time, about 2-3 hours, and then mixing it again with whipped egg whites.
