Ust-Tsilma (ru|Усть-Ци́льма, kv|Чилимдін, Ćilimdïn) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Ust-Tsilemsky District of the Komi Republic, Russia, located where the Tsilma River enters the Pechora River. Population:
