T. Truett Ott (October 25, 1920 – May 14, 2005) was an American judge and politician.[1] He served as a Democratic member of the Florida Senate.
Ott was born in Osyka, Mississippi. He attended Hinds Junior College and the University of Florida.[2]
Ott served in the Florida Senate from 1966 to 1972.[3]
In 1976, Ott was elected to serve as a judge for the Florida Second District Court of Appeal, serving until 1985.[4]
Ott died on May 14, 2005,[5] at the age of 84.
