Serock is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pruszcz, within Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9km (06miles) west of Pruszcz, 250NaN0 west of Świecie, and 280NaN0 north of Bydgoszcz.
Before the Holocaust, the village had a Jewish community.[2]
In September 1939, during the German invasion of Poland, the village was a site of massacre of several dozens of Polish prisoners of war by the German troops (the).[3] [4] [5]
