Sebastian Jarl (born 11 January 2000) is a Norwegian football midfielder who plays for Vålerenga.
In January 2019 Jarl signed a three-year contract with Eliteserien club Sarpsborg 08, keeping him at the club until the end of 2021.[1]
The latter half of the 2019 season however, Jarl spent with First Division side KFUM Oslo on loan.[2] There, Jarl and KFUM Oslo would qualify for the Eliteserien play-offs, eventually losing to Start.
In December 2021 Jarl signed for fellow Eliteserien club Kristiansund on a two-year contract starting in January 2022.[3]
On 18 July 2024, Jarl signed for First Division side Vålerenga, on a contract until end of 2027.[4]
He is a son of Kjelsås "club legend" Rune Jarl.[5]
