Scott Sartiano (born October 31, 1974) is an American restaurateur.

Early life and education

Sartiano graduated from Columbia University in 1997 where he played tennis.[1]

Career

Sartiano partnered with Richie Akiva to open Butter Restaurant in New York City in 2002 and 1Oak lounge in 2007.[2] [3]

Sartiano's project, a private social club named Zero Bond,[4] opened in October 2020.[5] Sartiano is on the board of trustees for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, a position he was appointed to by Eric Adams.[6]

Personal life

Sartiano is married Allie Rizzo on October 25, 2014.[7]
