Ruja is a village in Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Ruja.
It lies approximately 18km (11miles) east of Legnica, and 45km (28miles) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
