Pontécoulant (pronounced as /fr/) is a commune in the Calvados department in the Normandy region in northwestern France.
The commune is part of the area known as Suisse Normande.[2]
The commune is made up of the following collection of villages and hamlets, Launay and Pontécoulant.[3]
The Commune along with another nine communes shares part of a 5,729 hectare, Natura 2000 conservation area, called the Bassin de la Druance.[4]
The communes single watercourse is the River, La Druance.
The commune is completely enclosed within the commune of Condé-en-Normandie.[3]
