Poniki (de|Ponicken) is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Manowo, within Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10km (10miles) south-east of Manowo, 180NaN0 south-east of Koszalin, and 1410NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.
