Ploërdut (pronounced as /fr/;[2] br|Pleurdud) is a commune in the Morbihan department in Brittany in north-western France.[3]
Ploërdut is located in Northwestern part of Morbihan, 16km (10miles) east of Le Faouët, 22km (14miles) west of Pontivy and 38km (24miles) north of Lorient. Historically, the village belongs to Vannetais.
The romanesque nave church dates from the eleventh or twelve century.
