Paul Rutman is a British writer and producer best known for the historical Channel 4 drama Indian Summers and multiple episodes of the ITV crime drama Vera.[1] It was announced in June 2022 that Apple TV+ had ordered his crime series Criminal Record, which had begun production in London, with Peter Capaldi and Cush Jumbo starring.[2] [3] Additional casting was revealed in August 2022.[4] It premiered on 10 January 2024.
