Pasarel Island (bg|остров Пасарел|ostrov Pasarel, pronounced as /bg/) is an ice-free island in the Aitcho group on the west side of English Strait in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. The island is situated 900m (3,000feet) northwest of Barrientos Island, 1.35km (00.84miles) northeast of Sierra Island and 650m (2,130feet) southeast of Emeline Island. Extending 450by. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.
Named after the settlement of Dolni (Lower) Pasarel in western Bulgaria.
