Now Deh Khanduz (fa|نوده خاندوز) is a city in, and the capital of, Cheshmeh Saran District of Azadshahr County, Golestan province, Iran.[2] It also serves as the administrative center for Khormarud-e Jonubi Rural District.[3]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 2,095 in 562 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,032 people in 915 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 2,989 people in 959 households.[6]
