Mount Hope is a community in the city of Hamilton in the Canadian province of Ontario.[1] It was integrated into the Township of Glanbrook in 1974 during the establishment of the Regional Municipality of Hamilton–Wentworth. On January 1, 2001, it was amalgamated with Glanbrook to form the City of Hamilton.

The John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport, Mount Hope Elementary School and the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum are located in Mount Hope.
