Moczarne is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Cisna, within Lesko County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Slovakia. It lies approximately 18km (11miles) south-east of Cisna, 430NaN0 south of Lesko, and 1090NaN0 south of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
