Margot van Geffen (born 23 November 1989) is a Dutch field hockey player.

She took up field hockey aged six and became a member of the Dutch national team in 2011. She won the 2014 World Cup and a gold and a silver medal at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, respectively.[3] After the 2012 Olympics she was invested as a Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau.[2] [4] Van Geffen was not chosen for the Dutch team for the 2024 Summer Olympics. This marked the end of her international career, during which she became number three in the Dutch all-time rankings with 265 international hockey matches played.[5]
