Kobie Turner (born April 26, 1999) is an American professional football defensive end for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Richmond Spiders and Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
Turner attended Centreville High School in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Turner joined the University of Richmond as a walk-on in 2018.[1] [2] He played at Richmond from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, he was named the CAA Co-Defensive Player of the Year. Overall, he played in 37 games with 27 starts and recorded 158 tackles and 15 sacks.[3]
Turner transferred to Wake Forest University in 2022.[4] [5] He finished the year with 38 tackles and two sacks.[6]
Turner was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the third round with the 89th pick of the 2023 NFL draft.[7] In his first season, Turner led all NFL rookie defensive players with 9.0 sacks. He was awarded with the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month for December.[8] He was named to the PFWA NFL All-Rookie Team at the end of the season and finished third in voting for NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year behind Jalen Carter and winner Will Anderson Jr..[9] [10]

Turner is known for his singing skills, having run three A cappella groups while in high school, earning him the nickname "The Conductor".[12] [13] He has performed the national anthem at Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings games.[14]
In 2024 Turner competed in Season 12 of The Masked Singer as “Goo” and had Keenan Allen (who competed in season 9 as “Gargoyle”) serving as his Mask Ambassador. He was saved by the bell by Jenny McCarthy in the Group B finals “60s Night” and was eliminated in the “Quarterfinals”.
