Kho Kho World Cup Explained

The Kho Kho World Cup is an international kho kho tournament.^[1] It is sanctioned by the Kho Kho Federation of India and International Kho Kho Federation.^[2]

The two federations announced in October 2024 that the first-ever Kho Kho World Cup will take place in New Delhi, India between 13–19 January 2025.^[3] The event will witness the participation of 24 countries from six continents, featuring 16 men’s and 16 women’s teams.^{[4] [5]} It will be played under the seven-a-side "fast format", which is used for Ultimate Kho Kho.^[6]
