Synopsis

An observational documentary film, shot over a period of three years, it explores inspirations behind a vibrant theatre group. Mother Guru of the group – Sabitri, whom everyone addressed as mother, who is a teacher, a partner, a daughter, a woman, weaves a range of events, on and off the stage.

Our journeys are filled with ambiguities. Stories of journey interwove with each other. Heisnam Sabitri, an artist extraordinary, embodies the stories enacted on stage and off stage. The film narrates the stories from an intimate distance.
