Gowijeh Qaleh (fa|گويجه قلعه) is a village in Charuymaq-e Jonubegharbi Rural District of the Central District of Charuymaq County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 709 in 134 households.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 691 people in 178 households.[3] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 534 people in 172 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[4]
