Francesco Sorbara (born February 28, 1971) is a Canadian politician, who was elected to represent the riding of Vaughan—Woodbridge in the House of Commons in the 2015 federal election.[2] [3] Since then, Francesco Sorbara has been re-elected in the 2019 and 2021 federal elections.

MP Sorbara sits on the House of Commons Standing Committee of Public Accounts, the Standing Committee on Industry and Technology. Throughout his tenure, MP Sorbara has also served as member of the Standing Committee on Natural Resources, the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics, as well as an associate member of the House of Commons Standing Committee of Finance. He is Chair of the Canada-Europe (CAEU)Parliamentary Association, Vice-chair of the Canada-United States Inter-Parliamentary Group as well as an executive member of the Canada-Germany, Canada-Ireland, Canada-Israel, Canada-Italy and Canada-Japan Interparliamentary Groups.[4]
