Errol Heights Park, also known as Errol Heights Natural Area,[1] is a 14.25acres public park in Portland, Oregon.[2] [3] [4]
Description
Located in southeast Portland's Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood,[5] the 14.25acres park includes Oregon ash wetlands and Errol Creek which feeds into nearby Johnson Creek.[6]
In 2018, Portland Parks & Recreation began a project to restore wildlife habitat and add amenities to the park. The project cost 12 million dollars and was officially completed in January 2024. New features of the park include a basketball court, playground, public restroom, new ADA-accessible trails and an ADA-accessible elevated boardwalk.[7]
