She worked as a model in Mumbai.[1] In 2004, at the Pond's Femina Miss India contest, she won Sony My Miss India title.[2] She made her Kannada debut with Thunta (2005) co-starring Balaji. A critic wrote that she "does not impress but looks good in the song sequences".[3] In 2006, she won Miss Beautiful Hair at Feminia Miss India.[4] In 2007, she made her Telugu debut with Poramboku. Regarding her performance, a critic wrote that "another major minus is the heroine. She had neither a good physique, nor glamour". She played a minor role in her second Kannada film Gaja (2008).[5] She made her Tamil debut with Mundhinam Paartheney (2010) in which she played salsa trainer.[6] Her co-star Sanjay helped her learn Tamil for the film. She took a hiatus from films and continued to work in ads while also working as a YouTuber.[8] [9] [10]
