East Vandergrift is a borough in Westmoreland County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The population was 601 at the 2020 census.[2]

The racial makeup of the borough was 99.60% White, 0.13% African American, 0.13% Native American, and 0.13% from two or more races.
