Count is a 2023 South Korean comedy-drama film directed by Kwon Hyuk-jae, starring Jin Seon-kyu as former boxer Park Si-heon. It was released on February 22, 2023.[2]
Si-heon (Jin Seon-kyu), a gold medalist at the 1988 Olympic Games, is now an ordinary high school gym teacher in 1998. After retiring as a boxer, the only thing left is his stubbornness. The story revolves around Si-heon and Yoon-woo (Sung Yoo-bin), a rebellious student as they throw a punch at the unfair world.
The film was premiered at home on September 16, 2023 through tvN Movies under the title Countdown.[3]
