Couargues (pronounced as /fr/) is a commune in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France.
A farming area comprising five hamlets situated between the banks of the Loire and the canal parallel to the Loire, some 30miles northeast of Bourges at the junction of the D59 with the D206 and D259 roads.
