Climate envoy explained
A climate envoy is a person responsible for diplomacy about climate change.[1] [2] [3] [4] They may represent a country, such as the U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, a bloc such as the EU,[5] or an organisation, such as the United Nations.[6]
