Chet (Shahmukhi: Panjabi; Punjabi: {{nq|چیت; Gurmukhi: Panjabi; Punjabi: ਚੇਤ, in Panjabi; Punjabi pronounced as /t͡ʃeːt̪ᵊ/) is the first month of the Punjabi calendar as well as the Nanakshahi calendar, which is used within Sikhism.[1]
This month coincides with Chaitra in the Hindu calendar and the Indian national calendar, and March and April in the Gregorian and Julian calendars and is 31 days long.
