Canepin Explained
Canepin is a fine leather made from the epidermis of sheep and goats.[1] [2] It is used to make women's gloves and to test the quality of scalpels.[3] [4] [5] The word comes from the French word canepin (pronounced as /fr/), meaning "skin".[6] [7]
