Boligee is a town in Greene County, Alabama, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 301.[2] Although Boligee appeared on the 1880 U.S. Census, according to the 1930 U.S. Census it did not incorporate until 1926, though another source cited 1927.[3] Boligee has one site listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Boligee Hill.

As of the census[7] of 2000, there were 369 people, 150 households, and 105 families residing in the town. The population density was 93.3sp=usNaNsp=us. There were 179 housing units at an average density of 45.2sp=usNaNsp=us. The racial makeup of the town was 10.57% White, 88.89% Black or African American, and 0.54% from two or more races. 1.90% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 150 households, out of which 44.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 26.0% were married couples living together, 41.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.0% were non-families. 27.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.46 and the average family size was 2.99.
In the town, the population was spread out, with 35.2% under the age of 18, 14.6% from 18 to 24, 19.8% from 25 to 44, 18.7% from 45 to 64, and 11.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 25 years. For every 100 females, there were 69.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 60.4 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $15,000, and the median income for a family was $16,146. Males had a median income of $23,750 versus $21,000 for females.
