Bill Donaldson was a Scotland international rugby union player.[1]
He also played for West of Scotland FC.[2]
He was capped for Glasgow District in 1898.[2]
He was capped six times for between 1893 and 1899.[3]
After his playing career Donaldson became a rugby union referee.[1] He was the first referee to referee a test in South Africa.[4] [5]
