Athens Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games explained
The Athens 2004 Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (el|Οργανωτική Επιτροπή Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων Αθήνα 2004),[1] commonly abbreviated to ATHOC,[2] was the organising committee for the 2004 Summer Olympics and Paralympics.
Their headquarters was in Nea Ioniaabout 7km (04miles) north of Athens, and 2.1km (01.3miles) west of the Athens Olympic Sports Complex (OAKA).[1]
The President of ATHOC was Gianna Angelopoulos-Daskalaki.
