Alatau (ru|Алатау; kk|Алатау), Alatoo (ky|Алатоо), Alatagh or Alatag (tr|Аladağ) is a generic name for a number of mountain ranges in Central Asia, characterized by interleaving areas of vegetation, scattered rocks and snows.
