Ailinzebina elegantissima explained

Ailinzebina elegantissima is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk or micromollusk in the family Rissoinidae.^[1] The species name is Latin for the "most elegant".

Description

The maximum recorded shell length is 3.75 mm.^[2]

Distribution

This species occurs in the Caribbean Sea, the Gulf of Mexico and the Lesser Antilles.

Habitat

Minimum recorded depth is 0 m.^[2] Maximum recorded depth is 128 m.^[2]
