The 2024 AFF Women's Cup is the first edition of AFF Women's Cup, an lower tier international women's football tournament organised by the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) for countries which are not strong in women's football. The tournament will be held in Laos.[1]
The top three teams will qualify for the AFF's highest tier tournament which is 2025 ASEAN Women’s Championship.[2] This is the first time the ASEAN Women’s Championship, formerly known as AFF Women's Championship, has a qualification tournament.
Six lowest ranked AFF teams from the 2022 AFF Women's Championship entered the AFF Women's Cup final tournament.[1]

The draw for the 2024 AFF Women's Cup was held on October 19, 2024, in Vientiane, Laos.[1] The teams were allocated into three pots based on their performances in the 2022 AFF Women's Championship. Host Laos were automaticaly placed in position A1.[3]
