The 2023 FIBA Under-16 Women's Americas Championship was an international basketball competition held in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, from 13 to 19 June 2023.[1] It was the eighth edition of the FIBA Under-16 Women's Americas Championship. The top four teams qualified for the 2024 FIBA Under-17 Women's Basketball World Cup in Mexico.

The United States won their seventh title, after defeating Canada in the final, 79–59.[2]
