The 2021 Centrobasket Women was the 22nd edition of the women's Centrobasket. The tournament was held in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador, from 24 to 28 March 2021.[1] [2] Puerto Rico won their third overall title.[3]

Originally, six teams were about to feature but Cuba withdrew because of the COVID-19 pandemic.[4]

The top four teams qualified for the 2021 FIBA Women's AmeriCup.
