The 2019 Italian Athletics Championships was the 109th edition of the Italian Athletics Championships and took place in Brixen from 26 to 28 July.^[1]

Due to technical reasons, it was impossible to run 2 of the 3 heats. The winner of the only heat run was G.S. Fiamme Gialle. The event has been rerun at Rovereto, on 27 August 2019: Atletica Sandro Calvesi won the final with, SERGI Sofia - PIRANA Veronica - FOUDRAZ Eleonora - MARCHIANDO Eleonora, 3:48.35
