Maina Maaji Lawan representing Borno North and Abubakar Mahdi representing Borno South won on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, while Ali Modu Sheriff representing Borno Central won on the platform of the All Nigeria Peoples Party.[1] [2] [3]
