İsmail Hakkı (musician) explained

Muallim İsmail Hakkı Bey (1865–1927) was a composer and musician during the Ottoman Empire. He is also known for writing many of today's popular mehter marches, such as Ceddin Deden.[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
